Presentation by Ashlee Burnett, Founder of FEMINITT (Trinidad and Tobago), during “Rising to the Challenge: Young Women Leaders Being the Change.” During the session, young women leaders from across the Caribbean shared practical guidance on developing projects, campaigns, and initiatives that respond to issues of gender inequality and implementing these successfully, drawing on their own experiences working through this process. Hosted on May 13, 2021, this session was a follow-up to the Young Women in Leadership – Antigua and Barbuda initiative.
