Certified Course - Legislative Scrutiny and Technology

The Westminster Foundation for Democracy and the University of London, in partnership with the Popvox Foundation and the Political Tech Summit will conduct  a new certified course on legislative scrutiny and technology. This course combines theory and practice, exploring how legislative scrutiny can be enhanced and how technology can support and strengthen these efforts. Participants will examine how both legislative and executive branches of government can improve the quality of scrutiny by using technology to enhance feedback loops, monitor implementation, and increase citizen engagement.

It will be held in January 2026 in a blended format - partly online and partly hybrid - leading up to the Political Tech Summit in Berlin. Early bird registration is now open.
